Recovery Resources' Mission
The Recovery Resources' mission is to provide quality, ethical treatment for alcoholism, addiction and mental health. Our agency is dedicated to provide affordable, individualized solutions to problems associated with alcohol and drug use and mental health needs. The goal of Recovery Resources is to liberate individuals, couples and families of childhood trauma and the trauma associated with this disease. Our goal is to assist them in the process of rebuilding their lives.
Recovery Resources was founded on April 1st 1999 by Rick and Jerri Thompson. They were not strangers to recovery. At the time they created Recovery Resources each of them were employed by different agencies and they saw a need that was not being filled in the recovery community and they had a passion fill that need. They wanted to provide a private, confidential, ethical and trauma informed, effective treatment for this disease.
Recovery Resources saw a gap in services to provide treatment to those seeking treatment that would allow them to use insurance benefits. After working in this profession for many years that goal was reached. Recovery Resources is now contracted and in network with many insurance companies.
