For Employers and Administrators
Recovery Resources can provide training to your company’s management
staff in effective ways of dealing with chemical dependency in the workplace.
Company managers can be trained to identify the chemically dependent
employee and initiate the treatment necessary to rehabilitate a valued
and skilled worker. Your staff will be provided with strategies for
dealing with the problem in a compassionate and humane way that can
often boost the moral and increase the productivity of a valued employee
who might otherwise have been lost.
For Employees
Recovery Resources also offers on-site drug and alcohol awareness presentations
to equip your employees with the knowledge they need to evaluate their
own alcohol or drug use and possibly seek treatment before too much
damage is done to their careers and their family lives.
When an employee has been suspected or determined to be abusing alcohol
and/or other drugs you can contact Recovery Resources to provide assessments
education and/or treatment.
DOT assessments
Department of Transportation mandated assessments are available from
Recovery Resources. If a DOT assessment has already been provided by
a qualified substance abuse professional, in most cases Recovery Resources
can furnish the education and/or treatment prescribed by the referring
professional.
Recovery Resources is able to provide the necessary education to DOT employers to educate on DOT requirements for safety sensitivity duty.
Rick and Jerri Thompson are both SAP, ICRC certified with NAADAC and CAADAC, which is required to provide D.O.T. assessments.
