Evaluation or Promotion
Policy
All new or promoted employees of the Recovery Resources will be given
a 90-day probation period. After the 90-day period, an evaluation will
be given to determine whether the employee is granted a permanent position,
extended probation period, or termination based on performance. If the
employee has passed the first probationary period, compensation
adjustment may be granted at this time. In some cases, a second 90-day
probation period may be applied. Annual performance evalutions, raises
and vacation benefits will be granted based on this performance evaluation.
